- Our client was looking for a senior technologist to partner the investment teams and help in the digital transformations required at the portfolio level.

It was important that the person should have extensive experience in digital transformation and technology advisory, especially in financial services across various geographies.
It was also important that the person should have emerging markets experience, especially in South Asia and Africa.
The challenge
To identify, convince and evaluate senior candidates across different geographies (India, Dubai and Africa) with the work experience and softer skills commensurate to the role. Additionally, there were responses to the advertisement run by our client in Norway, and we had to evaluate each of the respondents as per local law.
