- Sector

- Location
- Singapore / Korea
- Outcome
- Successfully placed and candidate continues in his role
Mandates led by Avneesh Raghuvanshi over the course of his career at previous firms, before Antik Consultants was established in August 2026.
The situation
- Situation that led to the mandate
- Our client was looking to increase their presence in APAC and make investments in a high capital appetite and sensitive sector like infrastructure.
- Market
- This was run as a global search, keeping in mind the ask above.
- Timing
- Our commitment was to deliver the shortlisted candidates within 4 weeks.
Client need
The person should have an in-depth background in, and understanding of, the nuances of investing in the infrastructure sector across different markets in APAC.
It was also important that the person should have the maturity to work closely with the investment teams in facilitating deals as well as post-deal management.
The challenge
To identify, convince and evaluate senior candidates with the combination of board-level presence, strong connects and existing relationships within the infrastructure sector across diverse geographies in APAC, relationships with other DFIs, banks and FIIs, and commercial rigour. Since this would be an exclusive relationship but only for 4 days a month, and the pool of qualified candidates was a handful, we had to spend time convincing them.
